Got into the blind at 3:08pm and laid him down at 3:20. Couldn’t get him to stop chasing three does even after yelling at him to “stop”. Id like to call him “Longhorn”.

At 5:48pm with about twenty minutes of legal shooting light left, about seven does came out of the tree line to feed within sight of my quad-pod, I scanned the tree-line and see this guys eyes and when he moved I could see his rack, and had a good feeling it was my target buck, which it was. He stayed in cover for a minute while the does fed and started walking out of the woods straight towards me! I did my best to keep my composure as he approached, and the moment he took a step to his right it gave me a ‘quartering to’ shot and I took it. He went down about 5-10 yards of the shot. I thank God for the opportunity to harvest this beautiful buck, and to spend as much time as I do in the woods.

Brothers, Fischer and Parker Joyner doubled up on 2 nice bucks in Martin Co, North Carolina on Dec 7th. Both deer were shot with 10 minutes from each other at the same place! Congratulations guys

Justin Sigmund and I (Mary Sigmund) shot a 10 point buck and a spike horn today in Duplin county NC. I shot first at my spike horn then my husband spotted the 10 pointer coming out about 10 minutes later. So he shot the 10 pointer.
